My stay at Tolarno Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, close to St Kilda's vibrant cafes and shops. However, the cleanliness of my two-bedroom apartment left much to be desired, and the absence of an elevator was challenging with heavy luggage. On the upside, the artistic decor added a unique charm to the hotel, making it feel more boutique than basic.
